I am delighted with the online service provided by John Lewis. Yesterday evening at six o'clock I sent off an order for some photographic equipment. This afternoon at 2:30 I collected it from a local Waitrose. This is the second time I've done this. There is no charge for their Click and Collect service. I am well pleased. (I wish it were as easy to come to terms with the intricacies of my new camera!)
